Video Contest

CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Video Requirements:

1) Must be 1-2 minutes in length 

2) Must be submitted online between September 3rd – 20th 2019

3) Must be filmed within the City of Hopewell

General Rules:

Video entry must NOT include any of the following: smoking of any kind, profanity, illegal behavior, racial, sexual, religious, prejudice gestures or comments. No copyrighted materials in any form (unless you have the rights to the copyright (music, effects, and pictures)) are permissible. Submissions must NOT include endorsements of any kind and no portrayal of violence.

Organizers and judges reserve the right to remove or disqualify any entries from the competition if any of the above requirements and rules are not met or are not in compliance with the competitions’ terms and conditions.

Once the video entries are submitted the City of Hopewell has the rights to those entries.

Judging Requirements:

Entries will be judged on -

• Creativity

• Explanation of why you "Love the City of Hopewell City"

• Utilization of Hopewell Locations
